Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all our clients and to efficiently manage our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: To reschedule please go through your appointment confirmation email/text, call us at 314-898-5943 or email at info@monarch-beauty.com

RESCHEDULING:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours there will be a $100 fee. You will not be able to book any future appointments if you have ANY outstanding fees. This applies to pre-paid service packages as well. Any deposits collected are transferable to new appointments if rescheduled prior to the 48 hour deadline.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours can receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will lose their deposit. Same day cancellations and no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service fee. No refund will be provided. Any deposits collected will be applied to the total cost of services rendered.

REFUNDS:

If eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
